- Management of timeous claims verification, payment valuations and cost fluctuations.
- Drafting and compilation of a comprehensive monthly cost report for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Preparation and negotiation of final accounts with clients, contractors, companies and relevant stakeholders.
- Accurate contract cost control and post completion cost analysis.
- Providing comprehensive advice on contractual claims and disputes.
- Liaising with clients, companies and contractors regarding specialised services inclusive of insurance
- Valuations, life cycle costing, value engineering, in the key role as an expert witness and risk assessment.
- Positively communicating and demonstrating the company’s core values by developing trust and respect among peers and staff, building strong teams and partnerships and driving results.
- Effective evaluation of current business processes and systems.
- Management of the reduction of costs and implementation of stringent financial controls and policies.
- Client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
